Prohibited Content: You will not submit any content that is illegal, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise offensive or objectionable.

Rights and Permissions: You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit the event information to NolimitsSociety and that you have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and releases for any content, materials, or intellectual property used in your event.

License: You grant NolimitsSociety a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display the event information in any media formats and through any media channels now known or hereafter developed.

Review and Removal: NolimitsSociety reserves the right to review and edit any event information submitted, and to remove any event information for any reason, at any time.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold NolimitsSociety harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your submission of the event information or your violation of these Terms of Submission.

Modifications: NolimitsSociety may modify these Terms of Submission at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of NolimitsSociety's services following any such modification will constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms of Submission.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms of Submission will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where NolimitsSociety is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Submission will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.
