Rickard Johansson is a crew member and region leader for västra götaland county. As a part of his duties, he assists in the coordination of the NolimitsSociety Västra Götaland Team, which is made up of representatives from all levels of civil society, including national and local groups.
Rickard’s role as a region leader for västra götaland county is to provide leadership support during events, sale, member support and other car or member related activites through coordination, assessment and situational awareness. His duties range from coordinating volunteers and members during events to providing merchandise and custom decals in response to members demands in the local area.
Rickard has many years of experience from leadership and car culture, which he uses to help coordinate the work of volunteers and members in the region. His main task is to make sure that everyone works together efficiently and effectively, which will make it easier for us to achieve our vision of making NolimitsSociety a better place for everyone.
Rickard Drufen Johansson is responsible for the day-to-day operations, such as operational staffing issues and scheduling, where you encourage and promote the development of members and continuously follow up on performance. The Region Leader works to ensure that our community exceeds our members expectations and is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of treatment, service and performance where satisfaction of our members is the most important part. Other tasks is to cooperate with the other Region Leaders on issues and opportunities as well as on newly started operations and services in the region and to make sure that internal guidelines and policies are followed. Reporting is done directly to the Chief Executive Officer for NolimitsSociety.
Rickard joined NolimitsSociety (NLS) in 2021.
